We’ve had some exciting adventures behind the scenes here at Willamette International Travel, and we couldnโt wait to share a little update with you!
Earlier this month, our very own Frey Soaresโformerly our rockstar receptionist, now our Digital Brand & Marketing Strategy Managerโjetted off to Georgia (the country, not the state) on an educational trip with Turkish Airlines and the Georgia Tourism Board. From wandering the dramatic Caucasus Mountains to sipping some of the tastiest wines we’ve ever heard ofโand even catching a glimpse of the Russian borderโshe packed in a lot. And speaking of Turkish Airlines, our fabulous travel advisor Kathryn Stewart is heading out on her own adventure next week to Turkey! Sheโll be exploring the beauty and history of Afyon, Denizli, Izmir, and Istanbulโand we canโt wait to hear all about it. Keep an eye on our Instagram for reels and photos when she returns!

Meet Savannah Ulrich
Born and raised in Alaska, Savannah has adventure in her bones. Her life has included everything from commercial fishing in Southeast Alaska to coaching cross-country ski teams in Anchorage, and even free-diving in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Her passion for travel grew out of years of seasonal work and outdoor exploration, giving her first-hand experience with destinations like her home state and the majestic Swiss Alps. Whether you’re dreaming of crisp mountain air or remote wilderness escapes, Savannah is here to help you turn that dream into a reality.
