Jenna has an adventurous spirit and has always been an explorer at heart. Her first solo backpacking trip through India, Nepal, and Sri Lanka was culture shock in the best way, and it sparked a lifelong passion for global travel. She specializes in tropical island destinations like the Caribbean, Hawaii, and the South Pacific, as well as Latin America, drawing from years of hands-on experience planning custom adventures through Costa Rica, Peru, and beyond. Jenna takes great care in crafting each trip through thoughtful conversations and trusted recommendations, and finds true joy in hearing clients’ favorite stories once they return.

Kathryn’s travel career began in 1997, and the international experiences since have deepened her understanding of different cultures and fueled her passion for travel. After a hiatus, she joined the Willamette team in May 2022 and set sail on an Alaskan cruise that June. She’s dedicated to helping clients plan their dream vacations, making sure they come home with unforgettable experiences and deeper cultural insight.

Barb started in the travel industry in 1975 in Berkeley, CA. Growing up, she’s lived in Massachusetts, Mexico City, and Geneva. Her traveler soul blossomed during the many trips she took as a girl, and by now Barb has been to countless destinations all over the world.

Nancy Fowler

Director of Agency Operations

Nancy started in the travel industry in 1978. She is a Master Cruise Counselor and enjoys matching her clients to their perfect ship and cruise experience. Nancy grew up on the Oregon coast and learned to drive on a tractor. Now she has traveled via submarine, ships of all sizes, helicopters, float planes, aircrafts, and the Concorde.

Pam Davis retired in February 2025 after a wonderful career in travel. She caught the bug young, road-tripping across North America with her family, and had visited 48 states and nearly every Canadian province before she finished elementary school.
